Default Burnt Exaust Valve #7 cylinder

It started as a rough idle then started throwing a 0307 code and running rougher at idle. I did throw parts it because I really didn't expect a bad cylinder. replaced plugs, injector and switched coil packs. After doing the wet and dry compression test and finding only 10 psi !!! I rolled it up on TDC compression stroke and hooked my air hose to that cyl, as I suspected there was quite a wind coming out the tailpipe. I popped the valve cover off to make sure the valves weren't stuck open or a broken spring. Anyone else heard of these motors eating valves at 61k ? Really wondering what could cause this so early.

It has also had a 0308 code. # 8 cyl misfire. this truck is all stock so I cant see how this can happen at 61k miles.

GF had a VW once that started running bad. Sounded a little like an exhaust leak. Valve had a pie shaped piece gone. Head and seat were OK. Maybe just a bad valve. A partially plugged injector could make it run lean and therefore hot.
