Yep, people are buying into the hype of him being an *****hole, when if they knew the man and read up on him they would realize how much of a family man and hard worker he really is, when he learns from the mistake he made in the ring vs Cain he will come back even better. I like Cain, nice guy, so don't think I'm bashing him, his number will come up soon, that title changes hands like a hooker on payday!

I would call running up to frank mir after you just beat him and talking **** and getting into his face right after the fight poor sportsmanship... thats just me though. But I think he learned his lesson when the fans started hating him and soon changed his ways. Was kinda nice seeing someone finally take him out the same way he takes everyone else out.

Brock has no heart and can't take a punch thats why he will never be champ again......Junior Dos Santos would have done the same thing to Brock.

Mir is more of a ***** than Lesnar is. He probably did that due to the emotions of the fight and the prefight **** talking that was going on (mostly from Mir, who basically was calling Lesnar a joke). Lesnar is way misunderstood IMO. He had one hell of a grudge when he first came on scene due to the enormous lack of respect that he was given, and when he was successful it was kind of an "in your face" kinda thing for him. Since then he has calmed down and shown pretty good sportsmanship IMO. Not to mention, almost dying, and having his career in jeopardy, his outlook has changed ALOT. He has been a pretty good sport in defeat. He has given props where it was due. And this last fight he was very respectful with the pre fight commentary.
I used to think he was a ***** too, but when I looked into it more I realized it wasnt the case.

Brock IS a *****, it's just that he realized, being an ******* doesnt get you any fans, and I'm sure after UFC 100 the way he acted, he most likely had a stern "talking to" because MMA fighters are not fake t.v. star wrestlers, they are not expected to act that way...

ALSO, he CAN NOT take a punch, AT ALL. The second Carwin touched his face, he dropped... and the second Cain touched his face, he fell to the floor and covered up like a baby... You cant just rely on being a huge freak and a good wrestler to make it in MMA...

CONGRATS CAIN!

Definitely agree about Mir being a jerk off just was an example i remembered from a while ago that i kind of frowned upon but definitely showed respect during saturday nights fight and he doesnt make up some lame excuse like a lot of other fighters do as to why they lost all in all though great fight and huge surprise

i don't think that it is not that he can take a punch. I mean, I can take a punch with the best of them, but Cain's punch is rated at 2230lbs of force. Not many people are gonna stay awake after a punch like that.....if Brock had more experience in the ring, he would not have lost his composure and the outcome may have been different.

Ahh, then little problems for you then

Yah, I had a Alfa Romeo 159 wagon as a rental the whole time. While small compared to US 'standards', I thought even that was a bit big in certain circumstances. But that's what you get when the major cities and towns were built around transportation dimensions long before the advent of the vehicle.

Hmm. I wasnt aware anyone here on the boards knew Lesnar personally. Are you blind to all the other smack talking and doucheness that goes on in the rest of this sport? Or just an outright Lesnar hater who refuses to actually see things for what they are?

I am by no means a Lesnar fan, and Im happy Cain won, but Lesnar is no different than anyone else in this sport when it comes to the way they act. Everyone in MMA thinks they are the toughest mo fo around...thats their mind set. Its crazy, when you hear people talk about Lesnar who ACTUALLY KNOW HIM, they have nothing but good things to say about him....but I guess they are all wrong and those who watch him for 10-15 minutes on pay per view know him best....

Its true he doesnt like to be hit, but like all the other MMA fighters that take a loss, he will train harder and be back, and he will win more fights, like it or not. Correct me if Im wrong, but being a huge freak and a good wrestler got him the heavyweight title in the first place...Did it not? There are lots of UFC fighters who are semi one dimensional and have made a career out of it. There are guys who prefer jiu Jitsu, wresting, and standing and banging, and a lot of them have been VERY successful in their careers.

I saw Lesnar's truck. Its a '10 fx4 with some kinda (I think ugly) graphics, and a 4-6 inch lift. As for him as a fighter. He is so new to the stand up game and is not that good at taking a punch and then defending himself. He is not used to getting beat up. He needs to get beat up to get better. I still believe he is an animal and any heavyweight should definately respect him for that. I do think he is cocky and a bit brash but so am I. He is not refined and doesn't put on a show for the camera any more. Since he quit WWF. Come on these guys kick *** for a living they all have to be cocky or as some call it confident. Brock will be back and who knows if he will win or lose but I still like to see that big freak in the octagon. Many props to Cain. Would love to see him fight Carwin but do not know much about Dos Santos. At least we are not having to still watch Tim Sylvia as heavyweight champ.
