Question Bought my first FORD! Good Buy?

Born and raised a chevy man, i still love chevys but i decided to give FORD a try. I Bought this truck a few days ago and just wanted opinions on whether or not i got a good deal on it or not, and i bought it off of a friend i used to work with.

Year: 2000

Model: F-150 Supercab XLT Lariat (power everything with cab ceiling monitor for direction of travel and outside temp)

Mileage: 104,XXX

Accesories:
-3inch Lift Kit
-33inch Cooper Tires (unsure of exact tire, its nighttime at time of posting)
-Black ProComp Rims
-Cold air intake
-EDGE Programmer mounted on the dash
-Aftermarket Pioneer head unit Bluetooth/Radio/AUX/CD Player
-Tinted windows all the way around
-Professionally installed Dual Exhaust with Aggressive sound mufflers.
-Running Boards
-Professionally installed and wired cab lights
-Smoked out headlights
-Custom black front grill

Truck Condition: Excellent, not even the slightest paint bubble of rust anywhere on the body of the truck, spotless of rust. Frame is excellent too. Starts fine and sounds fine, engine is as silent and smooth running as can be and tranny shifts smoothly.

Price Paid: $7,500 (including $250 for title and transfer)

Did i get a good deal? I like to think i did because a lot of private sellers and dealerships in my area want $10,000+ for trucks with almost 200k miles on them.

more than typically reasonable here, but sounds great if a lot are outrageous as you say.

definitely worth it either way, awesome truck. she won't let you down for a long time to come if I'm not very much mistaken

Haha, im dead honest about the condition, their is not even a little bubble of paint or rust spot anywhere on rockers, corners, fenders, hood, nothing anywhere and the frame looks good too considering i live in Central Pennsylvania where they salt the living crap out of our roads.

I agree, has 97K on my 5.4L when I blew it due to to much boost and not enough fuel and when I pulled it apart it looked brand new!!!!!

Great buy if you ask me ... especially if she's in good condition and only needs routine schedule maintenance.

plugs should be changed right about now ... 100k miles on them is life expectancy ...

incorrect the american made 2v had plug issues 4.6 or 5.4 and regardless all plugs should be replaced every so often on any gas engine. and all tritons are prone to manifolds going.
