Default Bilstein 5100 Adjustable Shocks---Front Adj Camber???

I finally picked up my new set of Bilstein 5100 shocks and struts for my 2013 F150 King Ranch 4x4 from 4Wheel Parts. They insisted that I MUST install front adjustable cambers "If I want to keep the front end together"... I've searched previous posts and found 1 that addressed this same issue. From what I've read most other posters say these adjustable cambers are NOT needed. I am going to use the top notch on the Bilsteins which is supposed to raise the front end 2.25". Can someone with experience or knowledge about this give a final and definitive answer as to whether these are needed or not??
