I have two pages of notes with times, dates, diagnosis, solutions etc.

OP, hate to hear of your problems. Have you ask the question in the "2015 - present F-150" section? Maybe someone there could help. Good luck, I hope you get some satisfaction. I know I would be upset also.

Agreed. This is why you want to go private message and remember the Ford Service rep will do what they can, but obviously they have some guidelines they have to work within. You'd be well served to keep your discussions in private messages or phone calls until you see what can be worked out.
