Talking Ignition coil recommendations?

Is it true that a high performance ignition coils , dry cylinder and can damage engine.

What is the best recommendation for a 2001 5.4l engine?

What about the ACCEL ignition coils? ACCEL says they are about 10% to 15% more power that original.

What you think about the Granatelli 42,000 volt ignition coils?

is 42,000 volt too much for normal , long distance travel every day use 5.4l

what is the original power (volt) specification of the genuine ignition coil of the 5.4l engine?

High performance coils cause no harm, but are of no benefit either. This isn't a 1960's points/condenser system with spark plug wires. There is very little (negligible) voltage loss with COP ignitions. You won't gain anything at all from using higher claimed higher voltage coils.
COPs quality depend more on reliability of construction. The Gama coils from Global have a good reputation and a decent price. Accel and Granatelli both have high rates of failure.
