I don't get it. The same people who would be upset with aftermarket parts for a warranty repair or insurance claim swear by "aftermarket" motor oil. It is a Ford truck; use Motorcraft oil as recommended in the owners manual.

From the OP "Yeah but I like new opinions". Oil hasn't change much in the last 5-10 years. I have ran Motorcraft 5W20 for the last 15 years in my 97 Ford Ranger, 2001 Superduty, 2004 Focus, 2003 Excursion, 2007 F150 and 2007 Expedition. A couple I have put over 200K on and guess how many oil related or internal engine problems I have had? Zero, nada, none. I will stick with what works best for me.......

I prefer baby seal oil. It's not quite as good as whale oil, but it does promote cleaning up the beaches after the baby seal hunts. The exhaust smells a little funny, but you get (slightly) less flack from eco-weenies when they find out what you're running.

It's an absolutely green product which eliminates waste and doesn't incur additional drilling!
