Best oil?

Best oil?
New to f150's and the 5.4. Just got a 2005 with 167,000 miles. It has the tick noise I've read about and was wondering if I should use a full synthetic 5w20 or higher or just use regular conventional in 5w20. Would any of you recommend Lucas oil stabilizer or a higher weight oil?

Who doesn't want a F150?
I would just use Motorcraft 5w-30 oil.

Just make sure you use oil in the crankcase, not Lucas or anything else, just oil.
