I voted for the 12th, in the fords I've owned, I had two different gens. the 10th and the 12th, I like the 12th better

The 12th gen have some great looking trucks. I like a lot of the older one too. I don't like the new ones yet. Maybe they will grow on me but I don't see it happening.

I think the 10th generation was a big step up in aero and styling.

I think this thread should be corrected. The F150 did not come into production until 1976(6th generation F-series). So It would be more correct to refer to that as the first generation of F150s, meaning there are only 8 generations to pick from.

I think it makes it a lot simpler to just go by generation of f-series....the 1st gen only had f-1, f-2.....


but, the thread says 7th-13th gen or older, so its pretty much correct anyway

Thank you for the correction of the first year, however the inference in the tile suggested the OP thought they made them older than the 1975 model year. Sadly, many folks think they were made for more years than they actually have been.

perhaps the OP did. a lot of people don't realize it was all f-100 till 75. (personally, I like the f-100 name better...random thought)
