Default Best-looking F150 generation?

Posted this on the 2015 forum, but I think it may be more well-suited for this one.

Just based on exterior appearance, curb appeal, overall looks, which generation do you believe was the best looking for its time? I know this is naturally subjective, but try to be as objective as possible. Again, considering how it appeared to you in its day, which one had the best-looking exterior?

I voted 9th. But could have easily gone 11th or 7th. Hmmm...maybe it's something about the odd numbers for me. Lol.

I voted 9th, but I also like 12, 11, and 7 quite a bit. In reality, I have always like the look of Ford trucks, with the exception of Gen. 10, which I didn't like then or now.

Should use this one for the 12th gen example IMHO.
This is my truck, and gets my vote.

Age probably will play a big factor in this perception IMHO.
I'm in the 35-45 age bracket.

Until I see a special edition 13th gen, I'm sticking to this.

When the '04's came out I knew I had to have one. Even though I had a '97 this generation looked a lot larger and more chiseled looking. 04 to 08 for me.

Even though I voted 13th, I sorta agree with you. As far as how it impacted me when I saw it, the 11th just nailed it for its time. It was the perfect blend of not too blocky and not too rounded, and thoroughly modern.

I never bought one for some reason. Have had an 09, 13 and now 15.
