Best Front and Rear Emblem stickers...
I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
I'm looking to change the look of the front and rear blue oval Ford emblem on my Platinum SCrew to a gloss black background to match the Tuxedo Black paint job. Who makes the best ones at a reasonable price? What is the deal with the gel overlays? Is there a benefit to these?
Id like to get a pair that will last a long, long time. The Texas sun is not kind to anything outdoors........and neither is the Texas 100 degree heat!
Please educate me!
Your input is greatly appreciated, and THANKS!

There's a thread on this forum and the vendor is Custom Coatings. He does excellent work. This is the last page from his thread. I read a little and sounds like he's not taking any more orders after Aug 31st. Good luck https://www.f150forum.com/f38/emblem...96178/index20/

I'd check with the vendor "CUSTOM COATINGS" on this forum to see if he can paint them for you. He's been thinking about getting out of the business because it's hard for the little guy to make $$ on a forum with vendor fees and such...and a lot of customers are a PITA to deal with. He does awesome work and paint is much better than stickers.

Honestly if you have a 2014 you have the 2 piece emblems already. They are easy to take apart and paint yourself. I have done several sets myself. It just takes time and patience.

I painted my own emblems too. (pic below)
I suggested CUSTOM COATINGS because I'd like to see him stay in business.
