Hahaha. This is academia. There is no compensation, just the reward of knowing you have made an important contribution to scholarship.

It's just a one time interview. There are about 30 questions. First I get some demographic information (your age, where you live, occupation, etc.) The rest of the questions revolve around you and your truck, why you chose it, how you use it, how you feel when driving it, how it compares to your previous vehicles, stories you have about it, those kinds of things. Phone interviews usually take about 30 minutes, but it depends on the person, as some talk more than others. Others feel more comfortable writing which is why I provide a written response option.

I hope you decide to participate! If you do, contact me at clezott@bgsu.edu and I'll send you a consent form which explains the project in more detail.

I'm looking primarily for owners, but if you share the truck with your wife and she's willing to participate, I'd love to hear from her. She can contact me at clezott@bgsu.edu.

My wife actually drives it more than me currently so I can see if she would be interested.

My oldest daughter graduated from there in 1990 with a degree in journalism and pr. She said the halftime shows were great. And the holloween parties even better. I gave her daughter my 2003 Ranger. My son in law liked it so much he is driving it, he gave her his Camry to drive.

I apologize for some of the responses in here. Makes me kind of sad actually.
@RaiderH8r89
Thanks for helping. I have also emailed her. The antics and rhetoric of people is pathetic. Gheeze, some of y'all act like the automotive industry does not have degrees. Automotive management, marketing, engineering degrees, etc are all degree programs for people in the auto industry.

@OLDPHD congratulations. I still need to complete and return the paperwork you sent to me. I'm trying to finish my Master of Science degree. One day I will get to the PhD.

@fringe_remnant
Thanks for pinging me on it.

Amen to this one. I have a few degrees myself and I do make good money for that. So yes study and knowledge is good.

I'm going to help and have emailed her. Yes a vast majority here are men, but there are a lot of women on here too. I guess they joined the forum, but don't comment or reply to anything.

Good luck with your study, though I don't think there are that many female members here. Even fewer who will see this thread and commit 30 min to it. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
@Russ103
I am a female and I will help her. I have already emailed her.

Maybe you could share the results here sometime in the future. I know I'm not to only one that would be interested in it.
@ymeski56
Yes I think it is interesting too. Marketing agencies could benefit from it also. I have already emailed her to help her. I just have to return it back to her now.

@TeamZambo
Good old days are gone. It is a me, me society and a lot of people don't give a damn. People are Hell.

They're still here it's just some folks tire of handouts to panhandlers ESPECIALLY when they make more.
.
@gDMJoe
There are always going to be people who make more. I'm in IT, have degree and certifications. I feel I'm well compensated, and there are still others who I work with who make more. For the most part, it does not bother me. Too much other stuff to do and enjoy than try to count or track what others are making.
