Welp, dug this gem up. We got ourselves a real " pimp my ride " specialist here.
Big honkin cow catcher.....check.
Super ricey headlights.....check.
That's some real award winning stuff you have there. Never seen anything like it. Where do you find your inspiration?

ha nice..i haven't had that truck for going on 4 years....that set up added like 5 K to the sale price when I decided to get a Camaro....cost me like $400 for the guard and a couple other things...when your selling a truck somewhere like Dawsonville, you need to dress the girl up in local costumes...it literally adds thousands to the sell price

forgot about that though, I got that guard for $100 from a dealer i think, had to have something on it after I took all the other stuff off to sell it......noone pays top dollar for a vanilla truck after all...

At the time people were paying loads of money for the OEM black headlights, so sold them and bought some cheap headlights to replace them before I sold it.Halo's back then were worth their weight in gold and those you didnt have to crack anything open to install.....I actually made money off the mods and other things selling them before I sold the truck....that's always nice

to be honest though, I thinlk the guard looks good on that style..was chrome but I used that shadow paint stuff to give it a dark chrome look, came out pretty good......more my brother in laws thing though...was what is making me think about a bull on my new truck...

sure does bring back good memories though thanks...BFM was a good color

Ricer headlights always look good with a cattle guard. That is ground breaking to say the least.

Isn't a forum site a place for collaboration, talking to each other about what works and what doesn't work? Giving people advice and ideas on mods they can do?

I mean I haven't don't anything special yet, but when I do I'm going to be completely transparent about it, maybe I'll be able to help somebody else out. Isn't that what it's all about friends?

Yep I love these threads. So many serious technical threads we need more that we can have fun with and laugh at.
