Anyone else not post mods?

FYI, I honestly was not trying to single anyone in particular out, or even make fun of anyone in general. I just wanted to point out my sentiment that I don't understand "designing" your mods based on being different than someone else.
I guess I can vaguely understand that some people's end goal is to have something "different" than everyone else, in which case mods would be chosen based on that instead of a pure "this is what I would prefer if I were the only person on the planet" ... but even still, my brain doesn't understand how "being different" could supersede what I would most enjoy myself if I had no worries about what others thought or had done to their trucks.
and for the sake of full disclosure ... I have a 2014 black FX4, leveled, 34" mud tires, and tinted the front windows to match the rear. We ALL know there are a gazillion black on black trucks (not "blacked out") ... that have been leveled and tires changed to mud tires. They are a dime a dozen ... BUT ... the thing is, that's exactly what I wanted, so that's what I did. I LOVE my truck, and wouldn't trade it for a single truck I've seen on this forum - even though I have seen a LOT of awesome trucks around here.
I did exactly what I wanted to my truck, and I truly do not care in any way, shape or form what anyone else has, or what they think of my truck.

come on, no one likes people seeing your truck and being like wow, that's cool, I've never seen anyone with that....that's a fresh ride.....
I really hate hearing ya I saw so and so with those they are cool and all.....

Is there really that many mods you have that no one else has? I could care less what people do that is like what I have done. I like my truck and mod it to my taste, not others taste. I like to make every vehicle I own more unique than the stock version.

I still think it's funny how many people feel that the "reason" to mod your truck is to make it different than everyone else's.
What ever happened to doing whatever mods you would most prefer to do, and not worrying about what someone else thinks, or if your truck is "too similar" or even "the same" as someone else's?

Yeah I really care if someone 2000 miles away from me thinks my wheels are nice and buys them...
I've seen a lot of good ideas on this forum and have sifted through many pics of peoples rides. I've taken things I like off certain trucks and passed on the things I don't and now my truck is a collection of many peoples ideas on here.
Luckily everyone isn't like OP or i'd probably not get to see what something looks like on their ride before I bite the bullet.
