You know Crystal, originally I did try reaching you after seeing you offer to help others. I called the number you had listed which was the Customer Service line and they did not know who you are. Do you have an extension?

Hi Douda13,

Correct, the number on my signature is for our Customer Relationship Center; I don't have the ability to receive calls, but if you'd like to speak with someone directly, they're you're best bet. As a member of Ford's Social Media team, I only get to interact with customers via these forums, so reaching out to me is best done via private message (PM). Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yeah this hasn't worked yet, Thanks Crystal. I sent you a Pm last Saturday evening and here I am a week later no response. I understand the holidays are here but I work at a dealer in the service department and yet I was at work everyday this week except Thursday. a response would be greatly appreciated.

Well I am happy to report that my truck has been fixed with the battery mysterious drain issue. since mine would die nearly twice a day compared to a lot of the people on here that would take several days I guess it was easier to diagnose. Took the dealer close to 10 days to pinpoint to cause down to the central timer module turning on by itself intermittently, this is a part of the Body Control Module. They replaced it and the truck has started right up perfectly for the past week and a half. They caught it doing so during the middle of the day and the instrument cluster backlight would come on and the parking lights by itself. When I picked it up they said they had a few with the same issue and 1 had just got towed in with the same concern. I hope this helps you guys out.

Sorry for the delay, wish the news was better. Ford denied my attempt to get my money back stating that they thought they could fix the truck. Ha! They have replaced Batteries several times and of course put it thru all the typical tests but... Truck still does not start in morning because batteries are dead as a door nail. This happens for no known reason, no kind of regular pattern or climate. Everyone is stumped. After denial of refund which was a 15 day waiting period for them to review, I had to call them to find out what the answer was when I had not heard anything for 20 days. That's how I found out that my Customer Service Manager had changed and had to start the whole process over. Good times!!! Truck did its thing again and I retained a Lemon Law Lawyer and began the process. Meanwhile the truck goes back to dealer everytime this happens, dealer is out of ideas so contact Ford Technical Service, they advise that a Field Service Engineer come out and evaluate. He never shows after 3 weeks, tells them to do something like replace the cable from tailgate to rear view camera, grease some fittings and just recently finally said to replace the battery. Meanwhile Im stuck in a rental to the tune 0f $75.00 a day for 3 weeks at a time. Seriously this has happened now 5 times in about a 6 month period. My truck has been in dealerships service dept for over 80 days total now. To be continued....

So, truck continues this pattern, FSE is promised to come out by my Customer Service Manager, he never comes, dealer gives truck back and Im back again usually within the month. Most recently during this cycle, when the FSE did not show up after 3 weeks, he finally approved the dealership service dept to replace the Power Control Module, alternator and battery. This sounded promising. Drove away and within a mile the Power Save warning came on and said something about all audio functions were being turned off and to turn off motor. Pulled over, turned off motor, watched display screen go bat **** crazy with multiple warnings and flashes of stuff that were too fast to really read, then gave a big red battery low warning. Started truck, turned around and back to dealer. That turned into another week until it was returned with a report of a bad brand new battery. That was a personal best, only had the truck for 10 mins before coming back.
So a few weeks after that I woke up one morning and the battery was dead. @@$%#$%#!!!!!!! Back to dealer, start process over. replaced battery because battery again was toast. Got it back last week and it happened again. Back in rental, pulling my hair out. Lawsuit is just a big waiting game right now. Still waiting to hear from Fords crack team of Lawyers about their response to being served. I just want my money back and to be in a vehicle that starts EVERY DAY!!! Not too much to ask. Again, such a bummer because I really do love this truck. I will keep this post updated more often now. This saga has to end sometime soon.
Too be continued.

Did you see my post about the ignition switch? Fixed mine. Had all the flashing lights and warnings you had. 30 minute repair.

Yes I have thanks. We looked into that awhile ago and dealership found it to be in good working order so they couldn't justify replacing it. Not sure myself, I suppose anything is possible at this point.
