Just have give a shout out to Airlift.
I have the aircell kit on my truck. Installed it in '12. Last weekend working on my rear brakes I noticed I was missing a jounce.
Called airlift on Monday, was on hold for 5 minutes before someone answered.
In less than a minute I tell my story, they ask my name and address. Today UPS shows up with 2 brand new jounces.

If you have airlift bags or aircells and have problems give them a call. Their customer service is impressive.
