Default Abs problem & check engine light problem

Hello,
I own a 1998 ford f150 4.2L manual transmission pickup. I currently have a check engine light and ran the codes and am getting a p1537 and p1538. To my understanding there a problem with my IMRC. Iv looked more into it and I've ben told that a valve may be stuck open. I ran some sea foam thru the system with hopes of clearing the problem but my engine light still is on. Could it be the the IMRC actuator valve is damaged? I also have my ABS light blinking. I've changed the rear sensor and also the perportioning valve ( located under master cylinder) and still am trying to troubleshoot problem. I've checked for wheel sensors on the front end but I don't see them. I'm assuming that I don't have front wheel sensors. Can anyone help me? I'd greatly appreciate it!
