Question 87 steering gear box leak

my f150 has been leaking fluid from the steering gear box, i need to replace fluid at least once a week, in my power steering reservoir.i tried to tighten the large nut that hold the swing arm to the shaft coming out of the bottom of the box. it was tight. now what? the truck has 150,000 miles.

Tightening the pitman arm nut will do nothing to stop the leak. If it's the box that is leaking and not the hoses or pump then change the box or rebuild it.
