Default 5.4L running lean?

my truck started running funny so i brought it to the deal to have them look at it. i have a K&N intake on it they said its making the truck run lean has anyone heard of this befor?

Yes, that is not terribly uncommon. You are getting more air, faster, to the engine so it could cause the lean reading. I am sure someone here will be able to tell you how to help correct that problem.

its an 07 screw with about 22000miles on it

You need to get a tuner. The CAI is messing up the MAF readings and the computer is freaking out. A tuner can re-set the MAF curve so you can run the CAI with no problem. You need to get an X-cal2. They Hyper junk ones will not work.
