You can use a hair dryer on low heat or they make a tool that you can put on a drill with what looks like erasers on the end and will not hurt the paint. Our garage at work uses it to take decals off their company vehicles.

Just use a hair dryer, warm it up pretty good, keep it few inches away from the decal, don't hold it in one spot forever.
Peel it off, will be some adhesive gunk leftover, clean that off and good to go!
