How high will turning the keys take you? And what about alignment? Is it hell trying to get it all right so your tires wount wear funny? What size blocks did you use in the rear? I have mine tweaked enough to get it level all the way around, but was in the market for a 4" lift. But i would rather lift it as much as I can without spending a fortune.

good luck keeping you cv's intact... everytime I installed even a leveling kit on the 97-03, the angles were such that the CV's blew apart all the time.... Did you get new shocks or did you ever extend the factory size?

Yes they can fit if you have the right offset wheel, but if you want to use your truck, I wouldnt recommend it... look at your tie rod angles and your ball Joints now too.... Very Unsafe....

and I have to say that a 12.50 tire on a stock 7 wide wheel is a bad idea too.... you have too much sidewall flex which can create excess heat and cause a blow out...

I understand not everyone can afford a true lift, and Im not mocking you for it... but youre setup is now very unsafe...... I just want to let you know... you can take it to heart or throw it to the wayside....

i dont reccommend you max out your tortion keys mine are right now but im figuring out a way to get away from that alignment isnt not bad i took my truck to get the tires put on and they aligned it and its all in between specs now i have 4 inch blocks in the rear came stock from the factory im like you dont really want to pay for the lift so im going to try and put a leveling kit on the front of my truck and lower my keys

That was kinda my thinking about the CVs. I only had to go 3/4 inches at the most to make mine level. (This may not be the correct number b/c they were tweaked and then untweaked before i bought the truck so idk what the real numbers are.) I wouldnt think it would through it off bad enough to screw up CVs with the tiny bit that i did. Correct me if im wrong though.

My honest opinion, is save some money and look for a good deal.... even a cheap lift is better than cranking the t-bars or adding new keys....
