First purchased a set (mats, not liners) in 2008 and they came with a lifetime warranty. Driver side split and they did replace, but without the warranty. Second one split also. Will try another brand next time.

After a lot of research and debate I went with the Husky Xact Contour mats for my 2016 XLR SCREW. They fit perfectly and I am very pleased.

Not sure if you are getting carpet or vinyl floor coverings.
I got carpet in my truck because I didnt want to rubber thru-out, so I went with the Catch-it mats. Thick enough to protect and has a washable carpet to keep that carpet feel. Got them at Carid. Were a bit less expensive than the others but covers the same area.
