I guesse to clarify, it was westlie ford the dealership that had it for over 50 days without coming up with a solution, but during that time they were trying to work with ford to come up with an answer. After they couldnt, they gave me the truck back and recommended I open a case with ford to have them buy the truck back. Ford denied this case. Now I have the "lemontruck". And am hoping someone has a solution.

Most state lemon laws not only have criteria for number of visits for the repair but the number of days the vehicle is in the shop. The states I am familiar with kick in between 15 and 30 days. My state also has limited coverage for some used vehicles. I will say if any dealer had my vehicle for more than a couple of weeks and hadn't fixed the problem that they would be giving me a new vehicle or my money back (and I've done just that in the past).
