2015 f150

I agree, I don't like what I see upfront. The grille is too busy, the bumper is to thin looking, and the gaping hole in the front that people already complain about on the current EcoBoost trucks is 3x's as big.
The 2013+ is simple, clean & elegant but still looks tough. The new design looks like a blending of Titan, Tundra, New Silverado, etc.. As much as I don't like Ram as a whole, they have the best looking front end in the business and that design is as old as the current '09-'14 F-150's.
I will reframe from further comment until I see the FX, Platinum & Limited models. The drawing looks to be a Lariat interpretation.
If the end result looks like the render, I'm sitting the 2015+ models out or looking elsewhere when the time comes.

gm and ford are partnering again to build a 10 speed with brand specific ecm parameters
they did a few years back with the 6 speed in the edge and a whole bunch of other fords and chevies
its save tons O money
10 speeds is odd imo, unless you get a triple overdrive for those times we get to run 75 and above

From my recollection everyone hated the current body style for a while to it'll grow on everyone just like the current body style did an pretty sure that pic is mere speculation as I've seen it on another thread and it was stated that it was just someones rendering

As an example, the newer Ram's have always been extremely good looking to my eyes. The front looks so p***** off looking coming up from behind, where our trucks always look to be smiling lol. Anyway every '09+ Ram I've ever driven, the last a 2012 Laramie 5.7 QC at a ride & drive event, I couldn't wait to get out of and back in my Ford though.
The new Silverado may be the most boring looking new vehicle out this year, the whole design just makes me want to fall asleep. The GMC version is slightly more uplifting, but still the same old truck that already looks 10-15 years old from the front fenders back.

Seems that you guys are just trying to justify that our current body style is better because we can't have the new one yet. It'll change once we start seeing them on this site and on the street

I doubt it'll be like that. Might be the same platform or something, but i really dont think fords doing that. That looks like someone blended ram and tundra together or something. I doubt ford would copy that obviously, theyre usually pretty good at doing their own thing
