Default 2014 vs 2015

If I can get a great deal on a 2014 should I take it or wait for 2015?
It's about a 10k savings?
Take the deal or just wait and pay MSRP for a 2015?

If you've got $10,000 burning a hole in your pocket, get a 2015

Obviously the 2015s will be nicer because of new technology and stuff but keep in mind the MSRP is increasing across the model range, so that $10k savings might be more like a $13k savings vs. the new model. Plus you have to factor in the whole guinea pig scenario for the 2015.

I would take the 2014, but that's because I personally don't like the 2015 styling.

Is it worth spending an extra 10-15K to get an aluminum body and a nicer dashboard? I'd jump on a 14.

Only you can decide what you want/need more. I personally went with a 2014 last week. Couldn't be happier.. for now.

That's hard to answer because the two are so different in many ways. But like my friend KILOFINAL said, if money is not a factor go with the '15. It may have a few birthing problems, but it may not. A chance we take. Good luck on your decision, and welcome to the forum.

With that said, if it were me I would be all over the '14. I haven't yet been able to decide if I like the looks of the '15.

I'm kind of bummed that the 2015 isn't available as a FX4 series.

I thought the fx4 was available as a package now? As to the question about 2014 or 15, the price hasn't gone up that much. When the 15's come out, the price will be higher and the dealerships will be cashing in. At the end of 15 the price is going to drop back to normal. What I found was that while the prices haven't gone up that much, many features are now extra. So the price has gone up more than what some are saying.

On the other hand, if you go 15, they do have more features included and are going to worth more used too. So that to me is all a even deal. I don't see possible "bugs" as that big of an issue. We are talking about the body--not the engine and transmission.

The 2015 didn't go up that much. I don't buy msrp. After the initial roll out, the prices will go down. When I buy, it will be below invoice and the difference will be a couple thousand. I don't want to debate this because it is a fact of my life experience.
