2014 FX4 HID headlight "blind spots"
Hello all. I am new to this forum.
Has anyone else had "blind spot" issues with the 2014 F150 FX4 headlights?
I live in a rural area, with no street lights and am finding the lack of vision to the front corners very concerning, bordering on dangerous.
My concern is pedestrians or obstacles that I cannot see and i turn into them, due to no light is being projected towards the "front corners".
The lighting directly ahead is very good, but the blind spots have me concerned. Is there any recalls on this lighting situation? Has anyone else noticed this?
I know the 2015 F150 had a design change that has addressed this issue.
Any help on this matter, that does not cost me money, will be appreciated.

Pass along the current mileage of your rig. I'll see how I can help out with those headlights.

I feel the same. I don't think there is anything wrong with them, they just don't broadcast the light very wide. I took out my OEM fogs and replaced them with Rigid DOT/SAE legal fog lights. They are phenomenal and well worth the money!!! Not blinding at all to oncoming drivers, and really light up the sides of the road for tight corners. They throw the light around 150ft ahead, and are bright enough to drive around 60km/h without the headlights on and only the fogs (like in super heavy fog turning the headlights off and only running the fogs really help)
