2014 fx2 vs 2014 fx4 vs 2015 f250
I ordered a 2014 Ford F150 fx2 screw in ruby red with a 6.2l v8 with 402a, luxury package, moonroof, navigation & 3.55 gear. It came in damaged and now a new one was ordered but wont be here till the end of August.
My dilemma is:
1. Keep the order and wait for the truck to arrive, it will be roughly $44k before rebates
2. Can take a fx4 with same options except the engine is the 5.0l v8. For roughly $40k with rebates.
3. Can pick a 2015 Ford F250 lariat with fx4 package, 802a, moonroof lariat ultimate package for roughly $44k with rebates.
The uses of the truck are for light towing possibly from Tampa, Fl to Mcminnville, Tn. Looking to buy 5-6 acres of property and put a small 2-3 car garage with apartment on top for now till I retire in 9 years. Gives me something to be in for a bit and keeps the cost down for awhile.
Just getting any insight you all might have to the problem.
