Default 2014 Ecoboost CAC Moisture Issue

I finally ran out of patience with the local Ford dealer (who I have purchased numerous trucks from over the last 26 years for my business) and came here to find an overwhelming flood of complaints on the F150 Ecoboost Charge Air Moisture problem.

I have had the issue since purchasing the truck in Feb 2014. The shudder/shutdown of one bank issue has nearly resulted in a serious accident on at least two occasions. I live on Vancouver Island so...rain is part of daily life here.

Can someone please point me to a summary or advise where this issue is at with Ford? I spent a fair amount of time going through hundreds of pages on this issue but I can't seem to get a current synopsis of the situation.

HINT/TIP: You'll find posting in the
Late Model F150s > 2009 - 2014 Ford F150
-or-
Late Model F150s > 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 > 2011+ Engine ...
section more helpful/appropriate than General F150 Discussion posts.
.

HINT/TIP(2) ... in either of the above sections for information.

Hi Tark,

Please bring this concern to the attention of my Ford of Canada colleagues; they'll be eager to help out. Find their profile here: https://www.f150forum.com/members/fordserviceca-150023/

Ford needs to fix this. After my my last retune at the Ford dealership, I lost some low end grunt. The "fix" has left me disappointed.

Hey Wannafbody,

Have you had the chance to contact your dealership about this? Pass along the mileage of your rig; I'll see how I can help it regain that torque.

I just had the retune done a couple weeks ago. I'm not aware of anything that can be done unless Ford has done another updated tune very recently.
