Not feeling confident after reading various trials and tribulations associated with getting this fixed. I'd like to get an actual copy of TSB-14-0134-6R80 to print out and bring to dealer. Can't find it online. Crystal--would you be able to provide this document?

Thanking you in advance
Hi brougham,

I don't have access to TSBs, but if you'd like, I can escalate this to your regional customer service manager. To get started, send a PM my way with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.

There is a lot of useful info in this forum, though, so hopefully my dealer is one of the "helpful" ones! Will post results after I bring it in.
Thanks for offering to keep us in the loop, f150km; welcome to the forum! How many miles are on your truck?

Crystal

Hi, crystal--I only have 3600 miles on it, so am pretty disappointed. It is occurring somewhat frequently when putting into park, but not always. My "fear" is that it won't do it when I take it in and I'll have the same issue others seem to have. Does it help for you to send the info on the issue to the dealer? I can send you a PM with some info on my truck if you think that would help...

i just finally dropped my truck off at the dealer again, didn't get it to make the noise in park but it did make the moaning noise while driving around. I showed the tech my recordings so hopefully they get it fixed this time!

Thanks for responding, f150km. I'd be happy to escalate this to your regional customer service manager. They'll work with your dealership to get your issue resolved, so go ahead and PM me your info. I'll need your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and preferred servicing dealership.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this issue! My 2013 FX4 Eco will make a vibrating noise when shifting anywhere between Park, Drive and Neutral. I've been to the dealership once already but of course, that's when it decide not to act up. I'm a little at my wits end since I'm not sure how I'm going to convince the mechanics that there's valuable info on this forum! Thanks to everyone posting such detailed comments.
Think you could help me out, Crystal?

I got my truck back from the dealer and have put about 100 miles on it and so far no more noise. My truck also shifts so much better and has more get up and go, it feels like it has a performance tune compared to how it was which is a nice surprise! I took my bud for a ride and he said the same thing.

This is what I want to hear! The groaning and clunky shifting is one thing and yes sometimes embarrassing but my biggest complaint is my 2014 is toilet compared to my 2012. I'm getting the TSB done in the next couple of week’s hope it helps. I'm hoping the poor performance is related to the transmission issue.

Stock for stock my 2014 is 5mph slower in the 1/4 mile!!!!

I'd be curious to know if you see the same improvement. The biggest difference I notice is taking off from a dead stop and going through the first 3 gears (normal driving).
