2013 Ford F 150 Ecoboost with a 4" lift and 35" tires. MPG
I Just bought a 2013 F 150 FX4 and was thinking about getting a lift. I was looking at the 2" leveling kit or the 4" lift both by Fadtech. I was wondering if people have done this to theirs yet and if so how much did their MPG go down. With the 2" i would run 33" and with the 4" lift i would run 33" or 35" If someone has pics of what their lifts look like i would love to see them. Mike.

My two cents....if you are going to do any type of lift and run larger (33" or larger) mud terrain tires its best you not worry about the mileage your truck is getting. Because you wont be pleased. I know this isn't hard numbers but just some friendly advice if you want to fully enjoy the investment of lift and tires.

Only with a diesel can you say i want 40s and still expect 17mpg+
Sadly our trucks even the eco lacks the real torque it takes to get good mileage with large tires.
You might loose 2 on the highway but your city will be drastically worse with stop and go.
