GMCS 1000 - So this morning on the way to work, everything was fine and all of the sudden the ABS, BRAKE, and Traction Lights come on with the warnings saying.. Hill Decent Control Fault, Check Brakes, and Service AdvanceTrac. Now being that I live in Maine and it was snowing and raining with an outside temperature of 20 degrees, those are some things that you don't want to stop working in that situation. The truck seems to drive fine I guess but what the hell? Any experience with this?
What did the dealership's service department diagnostics determine? *Hint, hint, hint.

sorry to jump on this thread, i just had a similar problem and looking for guidance.

I have Service AdvanceTrac/Hill Descent Control Fault, come up on my Ford F150, 2013 with only 27,000 on the clock. then as i drive i get ABS fault check brakes fault light.

I have google the hell out of it but the usual cable connection issues don't seem to be my problem. if i hold my foot on the brake pedal just ever so slightly when i start the engine then all is clear with no faults showing but as soon as i release the brake pedal then BAM, all the faults come up. its leading me to think its the pressure sensor in the abs control unit but this is expensive to replace if i am wrong.

a day later and fault there regardless of foot on brake or not but this time i notice if i hold my foot on the brake it gradually and ever so slowly lowers to the floor as if the fluid is leaking away. no issue with brakes working when i am driving but i believe i have a genuine fault here.

can anyone point me down the right road please, thanks all

reset by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes or so
