I've had it for 12 months and drove 12K miles. I've had it in the dealer 4 times and they have tried to fix the clunking of the driver door over bumps. It sounds like either the latch or the rear supercab door. Basically it doesn't sit right and clunks over good bumps?

They haven't been able to solve it and are offering me a 2013 I can order exact with Nav, sunroof... exact for $5K. It will take about 10 weeks to arrive.

Should I just trade it? or call Ford and try and get a replacement. or will they just keep trying to fix it and make me nuts!!!

Sounds like the same rattle I've read about. Wiring harness inside the door is loose. Give it a check, might be cheaper than a new truck. That is unless you want the new truck.

I too have the SC rattle on my right rear door. Helps to slam that door. The rattle is not loose wires. It is a metal on metal loose rattle.

I have a noise also on my passenger front door. Sounds like a squeak or Somthing, only hear it when I accelerate or slow down, super annoying. Sounds like Somthing rolling in the door
