2010 F150 FX4 - 200 Series 2-way remote starter HELP!!
Hey all,
I've been having issues with my truck not starting after pushing the remote start button on my key fob. The lock/unlock button on my keyfob works like a gem, it's just the remote start.
I've attempted restarting the whole thing using the override button process (Holding it for 10 seconds while compressing the break and having the key in the ON position). I've checked the fuses inside the box that Ford had very terribly installed on the drivers side around the area where the emergency break is located. I've checked the fuses located on the passenger side of the truck and under the hood.
I know it's a ton to read and reading is not fun! If someone out there in Ford-land could help me... I'll give you a few uplifting emoji's!
Ps it blinks 3 times indicating a door is open. Doors are closed.
Thanks in advance and hopefully I can get this figured out soon! Cold weather is moving in and the ol'lady will not be excited to run outside in the snow to start my truck for me hahah (I live in Edmonton, Alberta.)

Did you check your hood switch? It may be bad.

Should be under the dash below the steering column.

Still haven't been able to figure this out yet. I've checked all the fuses this truck has to offer, weasled my way around a lot of the wiring and still haven't found any issue. I'm still far too stubborn to take this truck to the ford dealership because of the insane price they quoted me on just looking for themselves. 180$!!!!!

I'm having the same problem on my '13. I hear some noises going on under the truck like its trying to get a signal to the starter but it never engages.
