Default 2010 f 150

There is a clunk that seems to come from the rear end of my truck as it comes to a stop. it also happens when i accelerate. any ideas what it could be

Sounds like a U-joint.

Or driveshaft splines in need of greasing. Driveshaft lenght changes as axle twists on stop and go. X2 on checking u-joints.
