2008 Tailgate camera
I am interested in adding a reverse camera to my 07 FX2 SCREW. Does anyone know if the tailgate camera (sweet btw) on the 2008's will fit on the 2007? Also has anyone gotten any price quotes.
Thanks

Looking at a picture of it I wouldn't see why not. It looks like the same handle just with a camera sticking out of it.
You'll probably have to order it through your local dealership if you want it right away otherwise just wait a few months for the aftermarket to catch up.
I would be interested in it too so I might just call and get a quote tomorrow. I'll let you know what I find out.

Although if those prices WhiteCrystal1 quoted are acurate (not saying they aren't WC!) a plate camera (or othe style) may be the way to go!

Backup camera
yea I dont really like the plate cameras. I would go with the cameras placed in the bumper, but a buddy of mine had this done and at night, the reverse lights "whites out" the field of view. I plan on installing the Pioneer AVIC-D3 in mine and it has an input for a camera.
