Ok so there is a long story behind this with insurance at usaa messing up but moral or the story is...

I had a 2007 f150 6 inch lift 35s etc. Plugs done at 120k, brand new jasper transmission less that 20k on it, 160k on truck, rearend rebuilt. New radiator at 100k. Front hubs replaced. Then a hail storm came through and totaled my truck. So now I have a salvage title on a truck they originally wanted 5800 to buy back. Someone took my truck for a 200 mile joy ride at the insurance company and fast forward to now 4 months later. My truck is being looked at by shop of my choice, they say truck is fine, and now I can walk away with this truck for 4k because of there mistake, hail damage with a salvage. Dont care about dents really just does this thing have enough life you think to invest another set of tires and a windshield or the motor should be ok. Is it worth it. ?

If it's just cosmetic damage and you had no other issues, the life expectance of the engine and the rest shouldn't be diminished.
