How hard is it to change the spark plugs or should I? I cant even find them.The truck has 75,000 miles what else should I keep my eye on or change? I change the oil every 5,000 miles and air and fuel filter once a year. 5.4 engine

Read the sticky in the 04-08 subforum, theres a good chance of breaking the plugs.
