5.4 Triton

I have a 95 F150, 302, automatic, extended cab. I had a slight noise on both sides on the front end. I replaced the front shocks and the noise got much louder. It happens when I hit bumps going down the road or going slow and get on a twist like going over a hill in the yard when the truck is somewhat flexed. Also, you can physically push on the front bumper up and down and sometimes hear the "cracking" noise. It has been doing this for about a year now and not getting worse. Everything appears tight and correct on the shocks, but I can't pinpoint exactly where the noise comes from. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
