v6 sound

If you install a aftermarket cam In 4.2l v6 will it rumble like a v8 when it's idling?

No but if you install an aftermarket V8 it'll rumble like a V8.
A 6 will never sound like a 8 at idle.

At idle you can almost make it sound like a V8 but anything over idle speed and it will sound like a V6 again.
