Default 2000 f150 5.4l v8 no heat

I have no heat in my truck. I have antifreeze. Both heater core hoses are hot. I flushed my heater core. The blower works. The truck runs at the temperature it should. My blend door actuator works and my blend door works. (I cut behind the glove box and watched it work.)

So I'm stuck. What could the issue be? Is it my heater core itself?

You didn't mention if your fan is working. Both hoses hot, means the core is hot too. Only things left to point at are blend doors and the fan.

As I mentioned, my blend door is working as it should. I don't think its the fan because when I turn on the heat, it blows out powerful but its cold.

How do you verify that it is indeed working?

I cut the airbox behind the glove box and watched it work properly as I changed the dial from hot to cold and cold to hot. It works as it should.
