Default 1992 Ford F150 4x4

Both front tires toed in at the top. Any idea's what could cause this ?

Negative camber. Could be springs weak, upper ball joint bad or depending on how far in, maybe just alignment.

well if you hit alot of mudholes and stuff potholes etc proli just need an alignment could be worn out ball joints

they other posters are totally right, but I'll add pivot bracket bushings. They could be worn as well.

If you noticed it after backing up (i.e. backing in your driveway or parking spot) it's normal. Otherwise, everyone has already posted common issues.

You didn't list any modifications, but if you've recently lifted the truck (new springs) it will take a while for them to settle. My lift was done about six months ago and now I need to re-align the front end. At least I hope that's all it is.
