Default 1988 f150 starting problems

Hello all,
Still trying to find out why my dads 88 4.9 I6 won't start. We have replaced Ignition Switch, Coil, ECM Relay, ECM, TFI Module, Distributor Pick up assy, Cap, Wires, Rotor, and I can't think of anything else. The fuel pump relay works, but we have no spark. Checked all fusible links for continuity, and 20K resistor, again all good. Battery voltage 12.8 volts. All grounds good. Checked all plug connections for corrosion and cleaned with contact cleaner, still nothing. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure each component of the ignition system is getting power.
