I ordered the 20's just because I think they look better and they seem to fill the fender well out more.

I currently have 18" but really would love to put 20's on my F150 so it looks like the newer 2007+ KR models.

Please flood me with you knowledge. Thanks
Assuming same diameter tires:
18" wheels will ride smoother on the pavement but will have sloppier handling both due to taller sidewalls. Off road, like was said earlier, you can drop to a lower air pressure and get tons of traction.
20" wheels will give sharper handling but a harsher ride due to shorter sidewalls. Tires are more expensive. IMO, 20" wheels with 33-35” tires look and ride better, 18" wheels with larger tires look more aggressive.

there is no difference, you wont even notice it. Now if you went to 28's with super low pro tires you might notice something, but barely. A properly inflated tire doesnt flex enough to change ride quality and you would never notice the miniscule amount of change in 2 inches of rubber. Biggest difference would be cost.

I test drove both trucks and couldn't feel a difference. Honestly, I thought there would be a difference and I just couldn't tell. Might be the diameter of the tire that's affecting it. When looking at the over sized tires, I think they look better on a 20" rim than the 18". The 18, although large has a bit of that old monster tire look that seems out of place on a modern truck. You want some sweet factory rims, check out a limited. Gotta love those 22's. That said, I think the factory 22" rims need a tire with more sidewall.

I think 18" wheels with more side wall look much better on a truck. Plus a better ride, and less expensive tires. More options when getting tires, and they last longer. 18" is more practical.
If you ever go offroad or unpaved trails (or to the beach) then 18" is a must.
My opinion only though, so get what you like!

Having owned 150's with each I would say the 20's definitely have a harsher ride. Is it enough to worry about? Not in my opinion.
