Default 110 outlet

So I have the 302 package so I have the 110 outlets I tried to use it the other day for a bottle warmer for my infant and it wouldn't work the warmer kept shutting off Then I came home and plugged in a small air compressor and it worked fine. The warmer should work fine right ?

Likely over the capacity, which should be in the manual. 400 watts peak, 300 normal I think.
