Default What type of tires for a Snow Plow

I have a 2000 F250 with a 7.3L that I use to plow snow with in the winter and use for hauling landscaping materials in the summer. It's about that time to get new tires. What do you folks recommend tire wise that are good in deep snow, ice and summer driving with good thread life.

Thanks in advance.

I had a set of those on it before this set and they wore really prematurely and they did not have very good grip for plowing. I had the 10 ply wall but I hear the 8 ply wall ones have slightly better grip. Idk if the difference in the wall thickness would effect load rating though.
