Not anymore. Took them off because they were hanging down past the splitter after I cut it down. Nobody can tell me what they are, dealership included.

I think sc77 is right, they are there to stop small vehicles, the older superdutys had a crash bar that bolted to the front leaf spring brackets.

Do you have the snow plow package on your truck?
I think it has something to do with that.

It had a snowplow, that's why I cut the splitter down. It was notched out for the attachment. But, I went and looked at a few trucks at the dealership, and they all had them.
Possibility that more than others came with the package?
I never put the specs in my first post, so it's a 2011 F250 diesel king ranch. Put a 4.5" bds lift with fox 2.0s. The splitter looked like crap, especially after being lifted, so I took it off, to find all the bolts and wires behind it. Cut 4" off the bottom, and put it back on, looks perfect now. Just had those bad dogs hanging below it, so I unbolted them, and removed them. Just was wondering what they were there for.
I thought something for the plow, or a factory thing to line up the bumpers at assembly.

They are designed to prevent the truck from ramping up/over small cars in a collision.
