Mine was $14,500 off of MSRP and then I qualified for an additional $1,000 in rebates. The following week, the King Ranch was discounted an additional $1,000 off MSRP. That said, I think you should pull the trigger if you really want the truck. 12k off is a pretty good deal and the Lariat Ultimate is very nice. I'm quite pleased with mine and I came from a fancy 2015 F-150 Lariat with all its advancements.
