Default Tight brakes and steering 7.3 psd

Hey guys I just finished installing my new 7.3 powerstroke engine. I have been test driving it and the brakes are really hard to push but still work. Also the steering wheel is really hard to turn. I checked ad topped up powersteering fluid and brake fluid and still same thing
