Forgive me if this is already a thread but how often should I replace things like leaf springs and shocks? I have a 2003 f 250 with a 5.4l engine it's got 174000 kilometers I'm not the original owner but everything appears to be original ease advise. Again sorry if this is a thread already

 

Shocks maybe 50,000 miles or as needed. I have never heard of replacing leaf springs unless they break.
