Default Super Duty LED head lights?

Anyone install LEDs on your SD head lights or fogs?
I've been considering it and would like to hear yalls thoughts, pros and cons..

No doubt that the headlights could stand to be brighter and that LED headlight bulbs or conversions could achieve this. The problem is that the stock lenses are designed for halogen bulbs. You won't get the proper cutoff or beam focus using a different type of bulb. You may certainly get more light out put, but there is a good chance that it will be blinding to other drivers which isn't only a danger for them, but you as well since they can crash into you. 4x4truckleds.com does sell some that are supposed to work pretty good and have a design that supposedly works well in the stock F-150 housings. I don't know if they've ever been tried in the Super Duty. HID's are an option but require some sort of projector retrofit.

That's my main concern about switching my head lights to LEDs is the cut off and possibly blinding oncoming traffic.
I guess if I want something brighter than the factory bulbs I need to switch to the Sylvania ultra stars
